Suck on the Vitamin B12 Lollypop like you would any of your favorite lollipops. Chewing the Vitamin B12 Lollypop is not recommended.
Can I eat more than one Vitamin B12 Lollypop per day?
Yes, it seems that way. The Institute of Medicine of the National Academies has not established
an upper limit (UL) for Vitamin B12, probably because Vitamin B12 has a very low potential for toxicity.
However, we do not believe in giving more of any vitamin than you actually need. We recommend considering
one Vitamin B12 Lollypop per day to start and then adjusting it as you and your vitamin advisor or naturopathic practitioner
suggests.

What type of B12 does your product contain?
Vitamin B12 Lollypops contain approximately 3.6 milligrams (3600 micrograms) of Methylcobalamin per serving.
How much MB12 is in a Vitamin B12 Lollypop?
There is approximately 3600 micrograms (3.6 milligrams) in each pop. Through two years of testing, we found this to be a "sweet spot" for children and adults, but each person is different. We suggest using the least amount you need to get results. This is a little less than the common amount in MB12 nasal spray, but it is unlikely that the absorption is the same. If you want less for your child you can always let them have just half of it and save the other half for later.
Which works better? The shots? The spray? The pops?
For me, I loved the shots until I tried MB12 Nasal Spray and realized it worked better for me. Some people say
that the spray works better than the shots and vice-versa. It seems for different people different administrations work better. The same seems to apply to the pops. We are receiving great feedback every day from people loving the pops and a $35 dollar trial is one of the least expensive things you can do for your child, yourself and your family.
I like to use Folic Acid with MB12...
Folic acid has its benefits, but not everyone tolerates it well, so we did not put it directly in the Vitamin B12 Lollypop.
Some families who like folic acid add oral Folipro as a dietary supplement.
Can I give the pops to my two-year-old child?
Methylcobalamin is water soluable and considered safe for children of all ages.
I see there is sugar in the Vitamin B12 Lollypop, why don't you have a sugar-free option?
When developing the pops, we looked at the various sugar substitutes to arrive at the best solution for the majority
of individuals who would consume the pops. We analyzed stevia, zylitol, agave, and honey among others. We found that the
chemical sugar substitutes, in some cases, resemble the chemical makeup of steroids. In the case of the natural sweeteners,
such as honey, the necessary bonding materials do not exist. Thus we ended up with soggy or runny pops.
We then chose organic, evaporated cane juice, which is a natural and wholly unrefined sweetener. Our organic, evaporated
cane juice is a first crystallization sugar made directly from fresh organic juice that is extracted within 24 hours of harvesting.
Organic cane retains more of the original flavor and nutrients of sun-sweetened sugar cane.
Since the sweetener used is all-natural and unrefined, we have observed far less digestive intolerances than is seen
with refined sugar. With only five grams of sugar per pop, the amount of sugar is considerably less than the majority of fruits.
One serving of grapes has 22g of sugar, one orange has 23g of sugar, one apple has 23g of sugar, one banana has 17g of sugar,
and one peach has 12g of sugar.
What flavors of the Vitamin B12 Lollypop do you offer?
We currently only offer the goji flavored Vitamin B12 Lollypops. Methylcobalamin is a bright red vitamin, so we have chosen not to produce other flavors in other colors at this time.
